The Corporate staff is located in Naples. In addition to leadership, functions in the office include accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, human resources, recruiting, information technology and business analysis.

POSITION OVERVIEW
As the Receptionist / Administrative Assistant, you're responsible for answering the phone; screening and forwarding calls; sorting and distributing mail; filing; allocating administrative costs (ex. phone, copier, FedEx); maintaining kitchen and workroom facilities and supplies; assisting with meetings arrangements plus other general office activities. You will also assist with special projects (ex. year-end client distributions, proposals, luncheons/events, researching and ordering promotional materials). You'll interact with corporate accounting, human resources, management, employees, and clients. As the face of the company, providing a positive and professional image is important.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reception desk duties includes: phone coverage, mail distribution, receiving and sending packages
- Maintain an orderly and up-to-date corporate file room
- Maintain Naples office equipment and supplies
- Maintain Naples office kitchen and supplies
- Produce monthly office equipment "activity and use" reports
- Order AvAIrPros employee business cards
- Other areas as assigned
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook)
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Capable of prioritizing and multi-tasking
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service-oriented attitude
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a dynamic office environment
- Ability to protect, handle, and manage confidential information
- Knowledge of Workday is a plus
