  • Familiarity with the operative documents related to SFOTEC, including leases, contracts, agreements, and all other aspects of the Terminal Facilities.
  • Monitor, track, and report performance metric data (KPIs) of all SFOTEC service partners to the Managing Director
  • Forecast capacity plans for SFOTEC on a seasonal basis (gates, hardstands, check-in, recheck, inbound baggage carousels, outbound baggage make-up units) as well as FIS, Security Checkpoint and Re-Check passenger volumes, as well as estimated In-line Baggage Screening demand.
  • Prepare monthly updates to the capacity plans and monthly and annual flight/passenger forecasts
  • Develop and oversee processes to monitor and evaluate organizational performance against strategic objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and report monthly KPI performance metrics to the Managing Director, SFOTEC Executive Committee, and SFIAA.
  • Represent SFOTEC at aviation networking events as well as the IATA Slot Conference.
